D2ISC strongly suggests that all competitors pre-register well before the event weekend. Pre-registration for this event will be cut-off on Friday June 27th 2008.  Those that pre-register will still need to check-in at the registration/check-in desk, pay entry fees, sign a waiver and pick-up any hand-outs on the days of the event. A separate express check-in line will be available for those that have pre-registered. Pre-registration will begin on April 1st, 2008.
